Picture a sloped tiled roof, a welcoming veranda that wraps around key façades, richly detailed timber columns and ceilings, and interiors planned for cross–breezes and effortless movement between everyday family zones.
My top priorities are clear: abundant natural ventilation, a layout that keeps young and old comfortable together, and refined wooden detailing inside and out. Every space—from living and dining to bedrooms and utility areas—should receive generous daylight while using the plot efficiently.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Dimensioned floor plans showing walls, furniture concepts, and circulation
• All exterior elevations plus at least two building sections that resolve roof slopes, verandas, and structural timber elements
• High-quality 3D exterior views (rendered) that capture the traditional roof profiles, carved wood accents, and warm material palette
• A concise presentation set (AutoCAD + printable PDF) suitable for client review and municipal submission
You’re free to work in AutoCAD for drawings and your preferred visualization tool (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, etc.) for renders, as long as the final files are clean, organized, and ready for further engineering.
