10-Minute Cartoon Animation

Nee to create a 10-minute, 2D cartoon that’s meant purely for entertainment, with a tone and pacing that will keep teenagers watching until the very last frame. The story concept is flexible—I have a loose premise but I’m open to your creative input on jokes, scene flow, and visual gags. Expecting videos with voiceover, but video should be able to use for commercial purposes. No copyright issue are accepted. What I need from you is the full pipeline: character and background design in a vibrant, stylised look; storyboard and animatic to lock timing; clean animation (frame-by-frame or cut-out, whichever best serves the energy); sound effects, basic music bed, and a final mix so the piece is ready to publish at 1080p. Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, or an equivalent pro-level tool set is preferred so files stay easy to exchange and edit later.
