We are looking for a highly driven Marketing & Sales Growth Strategist who can take ownership of customer acquisition, campaign execution, market testing, and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategy, experimentation, analytics, and sales-oriented thinking to drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate understands how to identify the right audience, test campaigns quickly, analyze performance, and improve conversion pipelines across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: - Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution - Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business growth goals - Research target markets, customer behavior, and competitor positioning - Design and launch campaigns across digital channels including email, social media, SEO, paid ads, and outbound outreach - Create campaign plans focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization - Coordinate campaign timelines, messaging, and performance tracking Campaign Testing & Optimization: - Iterate through campaigns - Identify ideal customer profile - segmentation, targeting, positioning - Strategy based on the Outgrow system - Run A/B testing for advertisements, landing pages, outreach messaging, and funnels - Identify high-performing campaigns and scale them efficiently - Analyze campaign performance metrics including CTR, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and engagement - Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and customer feedback - Experiment with new growth channels and marketing approaches Sales & Lead Generation: - Support sales growth initiatives through lead generation and outreach strategies - Identify ideal customer profiles and build targeted prospect lists - Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates - Develop strategies for nurturing leads through the sales pipeline - Assist in creating outbound and inbound sales campaigns Analytics & Reporting: - Track KPIs and marketing performance using analytics tools - Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, lead performance, and sales impact - Use data insights to recommend future marketing and sales strategies - Monitor customer acquisition trends and market opportunities Required Skills: - Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels - Experience with campaign management and testing - Knowledge of lead generation and customer acquisition strategies - Ability to analyze marketing data and make data-driven decisions - Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills - Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing platforms, or SEO tools - Strong problem-solving and execution mindset Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in B2B, SaaS, AI, or technology-focused marketing - Experience running paid advertising campaigns - Knowledge of automation tools and growth marketing techniques - Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms - Prior experience working in startup or fast-paced environments What We’re Looking For: - Someone proactive who can independently identify growth opportunities - A creative thinker who also values measurable outcomes - Comfortable with experimentation, iteration, and rapid execution - Sales-oriented mindset with strong focus on revenue impact - Ability to balance strategy with hands-on implementation Role Type: Remote / Hybrid / On-site (customizable) Success Metrics (Earn Bonuses along with salary): - Growth in qualified leads and conversions - Campaign performance improvement over time - Increased customer acquisition efficiency - Improved sales pipeline quality - Contribution to overall revenue growth
