Project Description
I’m building a new, tech-forward pickup & delivery laundry business in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai and I need a complete digital platform that can scale into housekeeping, facility management and other home services later on.
For launch I must have a professional, sleek website, a single code-base mobile app (React Native or Flutter preferred), an admin dashboard and the core trio of features: customer booking, real-time pickup & delivery tracking and a reliable payment gateway. WhatsApp integration, subscription plans and CRM/order management should be baked in from day one so I can automate marketing and service follow-ups.
If you already own a white-label or ready-made product that matches most of this scope, I’m happy to see a live demo first; otherwise a custom build is fine as long as the architecture is clean, modular and ready for multi-service add-ons.

• Cross-platform iOS/Android app compiled from a single code base
• Admin/back-office panel with role-based access
• Customer Booking System, Pickup & Delivery Tracking, Payment Gateway fully integrated
• API layer documented for future housekeeping & facility-management modules
Acceptance criteria will be a smooth end-to-end booking test (customer → driver → payment → admin) and successful deployment to both app stores.
