Project Description
I already have the full source code for a driver-facing mobile app. What I need now is a quick end-to-end polish:
• Comprehensive testing on both iOS and Android—covering core functionality as well as performance under typical driver workloads (real-time GPS updates, push notifications, background operation, low-signal areas). A concise report of any defects and the fixes you apply must be included.
• Creation of release-ready builds: one signed APK and one signed IPA. I will provide any keystores, certificates, or Apple provisioning profiles you require; if something is missing, guide me through generating it.
• Private distribution. For iOS the app must appear in App Store Connect as an unlisted or Business-Manager/private app so only my drivers with a supplied link can install. For Android, a similar private channel (Internal Testing track or direct APK link) is fine. End result: my drivers click a link, see the listing, and download—no public visibility.
• Fast turnaround—ASAP really does mean as soon as humanly possible while still keeping the quality bar high.
Acceptance criteria
1. All major user flows verified on the latest iOS and Android versions without crashes, hangs, or unacceptable lag.
2. IPA & APK install cleanly on test devices and on at least one driver device per platform.
3. Private store links delivered and confirmed working.
4. Final test/fix report and build artifacts shared in a single hand-off folder (GitHub, Google Drive, or similar).
Tools you are comfortable with—Xcode, Android Studio, TestFlight, App Store Connect, Firebase Performance, etc.—are welcome as long as the objectives above are met.
