Project Description
I’m looking for a U.S. based virtual assistant for a part time remote IT support role. The work is fully remote, fully asynchronous, and there’s no on call requirement. You’d help with setting up laptops, desktops, and phones, including Windows or macOS installs, updates, cloud directory setup, drive encryption, app configuration, MDM enrollment, and making sure email, VPN, and endpoint protection are working. Most tasks take 30 to 45 minutes, and the schedule is flexible. Great fit for someone with Windows and macOS experience who wants extra income.
