Project Description
I run a tech services studio that turns ideas into production-ready websites, mobile apps, data-driven marketing funnels and AI automations. To grow faster among startups, I need a business development executive who already understands the energy, pace and budget realities of early-stage companies and can convert that insight into signed projects.
What you will actually do
• Build and maintain a live pipeline of startup founders, product managers and VC-backed teams that are actively searching for Website development, Mobile app development, Digital marketing or AI automation help.
• Initiate contact, nurture the conversation, showcase our case studies and scope the work so it aligns with the client’s main objective—generating leads and sales.
• Negotiate terms, close the deal and hand the project to my delivery team with clear, written requirements.
Acceptance criteria
– A minimum of 5 qualified startup leads every week, verified through discovery calls.
– At least 2 new service contracts signed each month that cover any mix of the four service lines above.
– Clean hand-off documents per deal, including client goals, budget range, timeline and agreed deliverables.
