Specific Technical Requirements Authentication: Secure implementation using OAuth2.0 for Kommo. Data Mapping: Mapping of custom fields (Lead ID, Treatment Type, Assigned Doctor). Error Management: Logging system and automatic retries for requests where $P(\text{failure}) > 0$. Security: Compliance with health regulations for handling sensitive data (encryption in transit).
Expected Deliverables: Documented source code in a repository (GitHub/GitLab). Documentation of utilized Endpoints and integration logic. Webhook configuration on both platforms. Stress testing and data integrity validation (Sandbox).
Support and Maintenance: The budget must include a 30-day bug-fix guarantee post-implementation and a monthly maintenance proposal for API updates.
