Project Description
I need a secure web-based platform that lets clinicians consult with patients in real time. The site’s core feature is a consultation room where patients can choose between typing in a chat window or switching to a live video call without leaving the session. Before a consultation starts, the system must automatically collect and store:
• Medical history
• Current medications
• Personal contact details
Those details should appear to the clinician the moment the call begins and be archived safely for later review. A clean, responsive interface, reliable audio/video quality, and straightforward patient onboarding are all essential. The finished deliverable is a fully functional site, deployed and ready for clinicians to use, along with basic documentation so future staff can manage users and sessions confidently.
