Revise Architectural Plans for City Resubmittal

I have an existing set of architectural plans in PDF that has already gone through plan check. The city returned the sheets covered with their comments and call-outs, all of which now need to be folded into a clean, corrected plan set that is ready for resubmittal. Here is what I need: • Re-create the current PDF sheets in an editable format (AutoCAD, Revit, .CAD or comparable) so every layer and detail can be updated accurately. • Incorporate every city comment and call-out exactly as noted—whether it involves a minor code reference, a design tweak, or a structural clarification. • Update title blocks, revision clouds, dates, and sheet indexes where necessary. • Provide a concise response matrix that cross-references each city note with the change made on the drawings. • Deliver a final, print-ready PDF set that meets the city’s digital submission standards. Acceptance criteria • All city comments are addressed and clearly clouded or otherwise identified. • The plans plot true to scale at 24" × 36" with proper line weights. • No outstanding mark-ups remain when the set is reviewed against the city’s checklist I will supply.
