Project Description
I’m a civil engineer managing several new residential builds and I want an interior designer who can take each project from blank walls to a fully documented, build-ready scheme. Every space—living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and circulation zones—falls under the brief, all in a traditional, classic style that feels timeless rather than dated.
You’ll handle both sides of the design workflow:
• 2D documentation for contractors (plans, elevations, joinery details, schedules, etc.).
• 3D visualisations that help homeowners and trades grasp the look and flow before we commit on site.
I work comfortably with AutoCAD and Revit on my end, so compatibility with those—or reliable exports from SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar—is important. Source files plus high-resolution renders should be delivered for each major review milestone.
Clear communication is key; I’ll supply structural drawings and site photos, you’ll return concept boards, iterate with my feedback, and finalise a fully coordinated package we can hand straight to the trades.
If you have a strong portfolio of classic interiors and can hit both the technical and creative sides of this scope, let’s talk.
