Project Description
Chatbot marketing across Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and Instagram is the next step in my digital strategy and I am ready to get it live. The single focus is to collect qualified leads for my products as well as for loan, mortgage and job-related services, then funnel those contacts seamlessly into my sales CRM for follow-up.
Here is what needs to happen:
• Copy-write and build conversational flows that feel native to each platform, delivering tailored product recommendations while also capturing phone, email and any relevant qualifying details.
• Set up the automation in a tool you are comfortable with (ManyChat, Chatfuel, WhatsApp Business API, IG DM automation, or another comparable platform) and connect it to my existing Facebook page, WhatsApp Business number and Instagram account.
• Implement simple lead-scoring logic so my hottest prospects rise to the top.
• Configure tags or webhooks so every new contact lands in my CRM or Google Sheet in real time.
• Track key metrics—opt-in rate, completion rate, and cost per lead—and share a brief weekly report so we can quickly tweak copy or targeting.
Acceptance criteria
1. Messenger, WhatsApp and Instagram flows tested end-to-end with no dead links or unanswered intents.
2. Minimum 20% opt-in on the initial call-to-action during the pilot ad spend.
3. All captured leads visible in my CRM within 60 seconds of submission.
4. First metrics report delivered one week after launch.
If any integration hurdle pops up on the way, highlight it early so we can choose the best workaround. Once the system is live and stable, we can discuss scaling ads and additional content variants, but for now the goal is a clean, well-documented chatbot engine that reliably brings in leads.
