ASP.NET MVC Data Entry App

I need a web application built in ASP.NET MVC that centres on robust, user-friendly data entry forms. The screens will capture, validate and store information in a SQL Server database, with both client-side and server-side validation in place. Clean separation of concerns, a responsive Bootstrap front-end and tidy Razor views are important to me so the codebase stays maintainable. Authentication, reporting and analytics are not in scope for this first phase; the immediate goal is to deliver the core CRUD workflow with a concise, well-documented codebase that compiles and runs out of the box. Deliverables – • Visual Studio solution using ASP.NET MVC (latest LTS) • SQL schema and sample seed data • Fully functional data entry forms with validation, edit, delete and list views • Brief read-me explaining setup steps and any NuGet packages used I will test against a local SQL Server instance; once the forms operate smoothly there, we can discuss deployment to a staging environment.
