3D Pontoon modeling and cross sections

I’m developing a new pontoon and need a 3D model based on the multi view images of the design we have, it must be a ready model for real-world engineering decisions, not just a nice render. Every plate, stiffener, connection, tank and fitting must be present so I can run finite-element checks and hydrostatic analyses without rebuilding the geometry. The dimensions: • Length 600 cm • Width 240 cm • Height 200 cm Two technical focuses guide the job: • Structural integrity • Buoyancy calculations Deliverables • Fully parametric 3D CAD file (STEP or native SolidWorks preferred) containing all components of the pontoon. • Cut the cross section and longitudinal section 10 cm away from each other in DXF file format for CNC work, they are used in section modeling process to build the real size pontoon with fiberglass.
