Project Description
I need a complete, ready-to-deploy GPS tracking and fleet-management system. The web portal must give me one master account where I can create new client companies, add their vehicles and devices, decide whether each unit is online or offline, and push configuration commands. Every company created under the master account should have its own login hierarchy, and at minimum I have to be able to grant an “Admin with full control” role; if your solution already supports lighter “view-only” levels that’s even better.
Core functionality has to include:
• Real-time tracking with live map refresh
• Geofencing with entry/exit alerts
• Full trip history, analytic reports and export options
• A consolidated fleet dashboard (fuel, maintenance, driver behaviour, or any extra modules you already provide are welcome)
Mobile access is non-negotiable. Please provide native or cross-platform apps for both iOS and Android that mirror the key web features—live location, geofence alerts, and basic admin actions.
I prefer an existing, stable solution I can start branding and onboarding clients into right away. Provide a demo URL (web + mobile) and outline:
1. How you handle device integration (common GPS tracker protocols, custom API, etc.)
2. The user/role management flow under the master account
3. Any limits on number of devices or users
4. Deployment options—cloud SaaS, on-premise install, or source code hand-over
