Project Description
I need an MVP mobile application that lets Saudi users browse a catalogue of beauty services and, above all, book an appointment quickly and intuitively. The interface must follow a modern, minimalist look and feel, consistent across iPhone and Android, and localised for KSA conventions (right-to-left, Apple Pay, local phone formats, etc.).
Core scope
– Customer and providers registration with secure login
– Provider profiles showing portfolio photos, prices, and client reviews
– Calendar-based scheduling that makes the booking flow friction-free—the single most important user journey
– Real-time notifications and confirmations (push & in-app)
– Apple Pay for seamless checkout; alternative gateways can be wired in later
– Provider dashboard for managing slots, pricing, and order status
– Lightweight admin panel to oversee users, services, and disputes
– Scalable codebase so we can grow beyond MVP without a rewrite
Objective
This first release is meant to test market demand and validate the core feature set, so speedy development and smart use of modern frameworks (Flutter, React Native, Firebase, Supabase, or similar) are welcome.
What I’m looking for
• Proven experience with service-marketplace or booking apps—ideally something already shipped in the Saudi market.
• Attention to UX details specific to the region.
• A lean approach that respects a limited budget while leaving a clear path for future iterations.
Deliverables
1. iOS and Android builds ready for TestFlight / internal testing
2. Source code in a private repo with setup documentation
3. Simple web-based admin panel
4. Post-launch support for the initial test period (bug fixes only)
