Project Description
I have a steady stream of raw footage—about 600 separate clips every month—that must be turned into finished videos ready for publishing. All files arrive in common formats (MP4, MOV) and average two to five minutes each. Your task is to take every clip, apply the agreed-on edit, and return export-ready files on a rolling schedule so I can release content without delay.
Core expectations
• Handle video editing exclusively (no images or documents involved).
• Maintain consistent pacing, clean cuts, and overall visual cohesion across the entire batch.
• Deliver exports in the original resolution and aspect ratio unless we decide otherwise.
• Keep my naming conventions and folder structure intact so I can slot the files straight into my CMS.
Volume & cadence
Around 20–25 clips per day, scaling to roughly 600 per month. Reliability is critical; any workflow you propose must hit those numbers comfortably.
Collaboration
I use Google Drive for file delivery and Trello for status tracking. If you prefer Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or a similar NLE, that’s fine—as long as the output meets the spec and turnaround times.
When you reply, tell me:
1. The NLE you work in.
2. How you’ll automate or template repetitive tasks to keep speed high.
3. A link to a project where you managed comparable volume.
Once we align on style, I’ll share a small test batch; pass that and we move straight into the full monthly schedule.
