I need help turning my prospect list of commercial and industrial facilities into a steady flow of sales-ready leads. Your job will be to pick up the phone, introduce our service clearly, qualify interest, and secure either a call-back time or an appointment with the decision maker.
The target is always small-business owners or site managers, and the sole metric that matters to me is the number of qualified leads you add to the pipeline each week. I will supply a call script outline, a list of prospects with direct numbers, and access to our CRM so every outcome is logged in real time. You may adjust phrasing to keep conversations natural, but the qualifying questions and data fields—contact name, role, pain-point notes, and agreed next step—must be completed for every call.
Please be comfortable working with cloud-based dialers or your own VoIP setup, updating the CRM as you speak, and summarising results in a simple end-of-day report. If you have proven success booking appointments in the facilities, maintenance, or industrial services space, mention it; that will move you to the top of the list.
I’d like to start with a small batch so we can confirm approach and conversion rate, then scale fast if the numbers look good.
