I need a low-cost but scalable white label B2C flight booking portal + Android app mainly focused on defence fare flight booking.
Main Goal:
Build a trusted and competitive defence flight booking platform that provides the best possible final payable ticket price in a smart, transparent, and practical way without fake discounts, hidden charges, or misleading pricing.
Main Priorities:

Preferred Inventory Sources:
If possible, preferred inventory providers are:
- EaseMyTrip inventory
- HappyFares inventory
or similar competitive inventory providers with good defence fare support.
Preferred Development Approach:
- Ready-made OTA framework/customization preferred
- Avoid unnecessary custom development initially
- Website first + lightweight Android WebView app acceptable initially
- Inventory-based setup preferred instead of expensive direct airline API integrations
- System should support future inventory/API additions without rebuilding the portal

Important Technical Requirements:
- Complete admin access required
- Full source code access required
- Source code must be complete, editable, and independently deployable without hidden licensed dependencies from developer side
- All server/domain/deployment credentials must be shared after project completion
- Portal branding/domain/app ownership must remain fully under my control
- Hosting/server/domain/payment gateway accounts should preferably be created under my own ownership and contact details
- No permanent dependency on developer after delivery
- Future provider addition support required
- Deployment/setup support required
Important Note:
I currently do not have my own agent ID/inventory account, so I need guidance for the cheapest and safest workable setup.
Transparency & Anti-Scam Requirements:
Please clearly explain:
- whether inventory/provider adds hidden markup or backend fee
- reseller vs direct inventory structure
- minimum balance/security deposit requirement
- monthly/annual charges
- booking commission deductions
- cancellation deductions
- maintenance/support cost
- whether booking/ticket issuance will remain dependent on your company account or can later be migrated fully to my own inventory/account
- whether fare changes, hidden checkout fee, or delayed price refresh issues may occur during booking flow
- which features are already available in your existing OTA framework
- which features require extra custom development
Please do not promise unrealistic “MakeMyTrip-level” systems if the setup is based on ready-made frameworks. I prefer practical, transparent, scalable, and low-maintenance solutions.
