Project Description
I need the text from a collection of printed documents keyed into a clean, well-structured Excel spreadsheet. Every word on the page should appear exactly as it does in the originals, with each logical section placed in its own column so the file is ready for simple sorting and filtering the moment I receive it. Accuracy is far more important than speed, so please build in your own proofreading pass before submitting.
You’ll be working only with text; no numbers or calculations are involved. Scanned PDFs of the source pages will be supplied in clear resolution, and you can use any combination of manual typing, OCR, or data-capture tools as long as the final spreadsheet is flawless.
Deliverable:
• One .xlsx file containing the fully transcribed text, laid out in columns that mirror the structure of the source pages.
I would like a quick progress update after the first few pages so we can confirm formatting conventions together. Once approved, continue with the remaining documents and send back the completed file along with a brief note on any pages that required extra attention.
