I run Americare Service, a Houston-based janitorial company that cleans office buildings, restaurants, dental offices and industrial facilities. I’m ready to step up our outreach and need a proven cold-caller who can open doors and put qualified appointments on my calendar for a free on-site estimate.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Your own up-to-date calling list of decision makers in the Greater Houston area that matches our target segments: office buildings, restaurants, dental practices and industrial/warehouse office space.
• A concise pitch that highlights our commercial cleaning, floor care and disinfection services, plus the fact that estimates are 100 % free.
• Daily calling during business hours (CST) with notes logged in a simple spreadsheet or your preferred CRM.
• At least 5 qualified appointments or solid call-backs booked each week.
• Call recordings or summaries so I can review messaging and results.
Fluent, accent-neutral English, friendly persistence and experience selling B2B services over the phone are essential. If you already work with tools like Aircall, Dialpad, Mojo or similar, let me know.
Deliverables will be:
1. The contact list you used (company, name, phone, email, notes).
2. A weekly report of dials, connections and appointments set.
3. Recordings or written recaps of each successful call.
