LOGO REFINEMENT - Refine our existing logo (reference file provided) — improve proportions, spacing, and typography - Retain the core identity but make it feel more polished and medically credible - Deliverables: PNG, SVG, PDF in full color, white, and dark variants - Include a simple 1-page brand guidelines sheet (colors, fonts, logo usage rules) 2. PRODUCT BROCHURE (A4, Bi-fold or Tri-fold) - Audience: Doctors, hospitals, NGOs, and potential patients - Content: Problem statement, product features, validation data, contact/waitlist CTA - Tone: Clinical trust + warm human story - Must include: High-contrast readable fonts (many readers have low vision) - Deliverables: Print-ready PDF (CMYK, 3mm bleed) + digital web version - We will supply copy and images; you handle layout and design 3. PRODUCT PACKAGING COVER - Box design for the GlimpseTech headset - Clean, premium feel — think Apple-level simplicity with a medical undertone - Include: Product name, tagline, logo, brief feature callouts, regulatory/compliance icons (space for CE, BIS marks) - Dimensions will be provided once finalised - Deliverables: Print-ready dieline + flat mockup 4. USER MANUAL - 10–16 pages, A5 size - Sections: What's in the box, device overview, setup guide, feature guide, troubleshooting, support contact - Must use: Large readable font (min 12pt), high contrast layout, clear icons/illustrations for each step - Deliverables: Print-ready PDF + editable InDesign or Word source file Brand Direction: - Primary colors: Navy blue (#1B2A4A) and white, with teal/sky blue accents - Tone: Trustworthy, clean, human, innovative - Reference brands for feel: ResMed, OrCam, Philips Healthcare Tech Requirements: - Adobe Illustrator for logo - Adobe InDesign for brochure and manual - Adobe Photoshop for packaging mockups - All source files to be handed over on project completion - Files organised in clearly named folders What to Include in Your Proposal: - Portfolio links showing medical, healthcare, or hardware product design - At least one example of a print brochure or user manual you have designed - Confirmation you can deliver print-ready files with bleeds and CMYK output - Estimated cost per deliverable and overall timeline We are building technology that gives independence back to over 100 million people with low vision.
