I’m rolling out Gemini across the enterprise with a clear, first-phase objective: streamline our Project site data and financial data flow by linking Gemini directly to the Google Sheets models that many teams still rely on for daily reporting. The end-state I’m after is a single, trusted data layer that Gemini can expose to analytics and downstream applications in near-real time, removing the manual exports and copy-paste steps that slow us down today.
This engagement is focused on:
• Configuring Gemini so it can ingest, transform, and publish our Google Sheets financial datasets with full schema mapping and refresh scheduling.
• Setting up secure authentication and any required service accounts, making sure permissioning follows least-privilege principles.
• Demonstrating the integration through a working dashboard or query that pulls live figures from Gemini’s unified view.
Acceptance criteria: the pipeline refreshes automatically on a schedule we define, reconciles to within ±0.1% of current sheet totals, and surfaces no credential warnings or failed runs for a week of test cycles.
Although Sheets is the immediate source, I’d like the solution architected so we can later link our ERP system, CRM software, and warehouse feeds without major rework. If you have experience building extensible ETL frameworks, leveraging APIs, or automating deployments with Terraform or similar, highlight that in your proposal. I’m ready to start as soon as we confirm the approach and timeline.
