WordPress Funnel + Brand Website Build (Phase 1) Sydney-Based Personal Brand | Fitness + Lifestyle I’m building the first live phase of my personal brand website. This is NOT a large corporate website build. The goal is to create a clean, premium, conversion-focused website that: • Clearly introduces the brand • Converts visitors into consultation bookings • Sells an online fitness program • Establishes the structure for future brand expansion The site should feel: • Premium • Modern • Minimal • Structured • Mobile-first NOT: • Overdesigned • “Bro gym” • Heavy animations • Cluttered ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ BRAND STRUCTURE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The website structure is: HOME → Main premium routing page HEALTH & FITNESS → Coaching + online program funnel ARCHIVE → Lifestyle/editorial placeholder COLLABORATE → Brand partnerships + opportunities CONTACT → General enquiries ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PHASE 1 SCOPE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ This phase is focused on building the foundation only. Pages to Build: 1. HOME PAGE (Premium Routing Page) Purpose: Create a strong first impression and direct visitors to the correct section. Sections: • Hero section • Brief brand introduction • Buttons: - Health & Fitness - Archive - Collaborate Requirements: • Clean typography • Strong spacing • Minimal layout • Mobile-first readability • No clutter or excessive text ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 2. HEALTH & FITNESS HUB (Simple Navigation Hub) Purpose: Route visitors toward: • Consultation bookings • Strong Start online program • Group fitness information Requirements: • Simple structured layout • Clean CTA placement • Minimal design • Clear user flow Buttons: • Start Coaching • View Strong Start Program Additional: • Simple group fitness timetable section • Informational only • No booking system required ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 3. CONSULTATION PAGE (Main Lead Conversion Page) Purpose: Convert local visitors into consultation bookings. Requirements: • Embedded booking/calendar system • Explanation of consultation process • Sydney CBD + Lidcombe wording only • “Not a member? No problem.” • No gym names • Premium but minimal layout Notes: • I currently use Calendly, but I’m open to better booking platform recommendations if you have a cleaner or more premium solution. • This is a conversion page — not a long sales page. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 4. STRONG START PROGRAM PAGE (Online Program Sales Page) Purpose: Sell a low-cost online fitness program. Requirements: • Mobile-first • Trainerize external checkout button • No calendar widget • Clean sections: - What it is - Who it’s for - What’s included - 4-week outcome Tone: • Confidence-building • Structured • Simple • Clear ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 5. ARCHIVE PAGE (Placeholder / Brand Page) Purpose: Introduce the lifestyle/editorial side of the brand. Requirements: • Minimal layout • Image-focused • Short introductory copy • Elegant aesthetic This is NOT a complex build in Phase 1. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 6. COLLABORATE PAGE (Placeholder / Contact Page) Purpose: Brand partnerships, campaigns, collaborations, media opportunities. Requirements: • Short introduction • Simple enquiry/contact section • Clean premium layout ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ TRACKING REQUIREMENTS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Meta Pixel + GTM setup required. Track: • PageView • ViewContent • InitiateCheckout (triggered on Trainerize checkout button click) Requirements: • Proper testing • Screenshot confirmation of events firing correctly ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ TECH STACK ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Preferred: • WordPress • Elementor • Google Tag Manager • Meta Pixel • Trainerize external checkout ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ STYLE DIRECTION ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Colours: • Black & white base • Burnt orange CTAs only Design Style: • Premium • Editorial-inspired • Minimal • Structured • Mobile-first No: • Cheap template look • Excessive animations • Overly corporate layouts • Generic gym branding ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ IMPORTANT ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ This is Phase 1 only.
