I already have a six-page WordPress real-estate site and can supply the full file package and database export. The core content only needs minor updates, so your main focus will be building six additional pages that act as high-converting lead funnels.
Each new page should:
• Present one of my downloadable market reports.
• Collect name, email, and phone number before granting access.
• Pass those three fields directly into my FollowUp Boss CRM via its WordPress API/plug-in connection.
I do not have preset layouts, so I’m looking for design suggestions that fit a modern real-estate brand, load fast on mobile, and preserve the look-and-feel of my current site. If a lightweight page-builder or custom Gutenberg blocks make this easier to maintain, I’m open to your recommendation.
Deliverables
1. Re-deploy existing six pages on fresh WordPress install (including minor text/image tweaks I’ll supply).
2. Six new lead-capture pages, fully designed and responsive.
3. FollowUp Boss integration tested end-to-end: form submission ➜ CRM contact record ➜ confirmation email.
4. Brief hand-off guide covering how to edit copy, replace reports, and view captured leads.
Please outline the steps you would take, estimated timeline, and an approximate cost range broken into milestones (e.g., rebuild, design, integration, testing). If you have examples of similar real-estate lead funnels or past FollowUp Boss work, a link would be helpful.

I do not know the reasonable costs for this. What I do know is I want it done. I want to learn more about the effort required to build these pages and the estimated costs.
