WHO WE ARE
We're a small custom dev shop building software for startups and SMBs that need something built but don't have in-house devs. Projects usually run 20k-60k euros. We handle the whole thing - building it, managing it, shipping it, supporting it after.
We're good at what we do. Really good. 75% of the proposals we write get signed.
What we're missing is someone to bring us the leads.
THE DEAL
You find people who need custom development. You chat with them, figure out if they're a fit, and introduce them to me.
I'll do the rest - the demo, the proposal, the back and forth, closing the deal. Every time we get paid (whether it's the first chunk, middle chunk, or final), you get 15% of that money.
Commission only. No salary, no weird restrictions, no questions about what you do the rest of your time.
REAL EXAMPLE
One of our recent deals : startup needed a feature built. Budget was 40k euros.
We split payments three ways - 30% upfront to get started, 40% halfway through, 30% when it's done.
So the hunter who brought that deal gets :
1,800 euros when we get the first 12k
2,400 euros when we get the next 16k
1,800 euros when we get the final 12k
Total : 6k euros for bringing one lead. And we do this multiple times a month if you're good.
WHAT YOU CAN ACTUALLY MAKE
If you bring 2 solid deals a month :
First deal (40k budget) : you make about 6k
Second deal (25k budget) : you make about 3.75k
That's roughly 9,750 euros a month. Over 6 months, if you're consistent, you're looking at 60k euros.
And that's being realistic. Some months will be bigger, some smaller, but that's the ballpark.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Someone with at least a few years of B2B sales under their belt. You don't need to be technical - you just need to be able to talk to someone about their budget and what they're trying to build.
You've got a network or you're not afraid to get on LinkedIn and do some prospecting. You manage your own time and don't need anyone checking in on you every five minutes.
That's really it. You can have another gig at the same time. You can be anywhere in the world. We don't care about degrees or certifications.
WHY YOU'D WANT TO WORK WITH US
Honestly, because we close deals. 75% of the time someone comes to us with a real problem and budget, we get it signed. That means if you bring a decent lead, there's a really good chance we close it and you make money.
You're not going to be bringing leads to someone who can't close. That sucks. We're not like that.
We're also fast and straightforward - you get paid when we get paid, no "let us check with accounting" nonsense. You ask a technical question, I answer it same day. You need materials, you've got them.

QUESTION 1 : HOW YOU'D FIND LEADS
"We need leads - specifically SMBs or tech startups that have 20-50k euros to spend on custom dev. They know they need something built but don't have the team to do it internally.
Walk me through how you'd actually find these people. What tools would you use? What would you search for? How many could you realistically find per week?"
What we're listening for :
You mention actual tools (LinkedIn SalesNav, Apollo, Clearbit - real stuff, not vague nonsense)
You've got a real picture of who you're looking for (not just "anyone with money")
You explain your actual process - how you'd reach them, what you'd say first
You give us real numbers, not fantasy numbers
Bonus : you mention something you've actually done before that worked
QUESTION 2 : WHAT YOU'D NEED FROM US
"To do this job well, what do you actually need from us? And be real about it - not what sounds good, but what would actually make you more effective."
What we're listening for :
You know the difference between what helps and what's just fluff
You're not the type to need someone checking on you constantly
You think like someone who's sold before
You're specific. Not "materials" but like "a list of 100 prospects segmented by industry and email templates that have actually converted"
Bad answer sounds like : "Lots of support and motivation and coaching"
Good answer sounds like : "A pre-qualified list so I don't start from zero, sample emails that work, and a quick demo I can share. Oh, and if they ask technical questions I can't answer, I can ask you."
QUESTION 3 : YOUR ACTUAL GOALS
"In 6 months, realistically how many deals per month could you bring in? And what does that actually mean for your income? Do the math so I know you get how this works."
What we're listening for :
You're being real, not fantasy-land. "10 deals a month solo" is a red flag. You're not being realistic.
You actually want to do this. "0.5 deals a month" sounds like you're not really trying.
You understand the math. You know 15% of payment, not 15% of proposal value, and you can calculate it.
You're honest about your constraints. Not full-time? Say so. Working around other stuff? That's fine, just be clear.
Real answer looks like : "I think 2-3 deals a month is realistic if I'm prospecting consistently. Average deal is probably 35-40k. That's 5-6k per deal in commission. So 10-18k per month, or 60-108k over 6 months. That's my target."
HOW TO APPLY

IF WE CLICK
30 minute call - we just talk. Your background, your network, what you're actually looking for.
Sign a simple agreement - who pays what, what happens if things go wrong, that kind of thing. One page, nothing crazy.
Onboarding - you get access to the CRM, you see what we look like when we're selling, you get the materials, you're ready to go.
30 days - you start prospecting, we see what happens. You bringing leads? Are they good quality? Are we closing them?
Then we decide if this is something we do together for the next 6 months or longer.
THE BASICS
Location : Anywhere. Seriously.
Time : Whatever you want. No minimum hours.
Other work : Go ahead. Work with whoever else you want.
How long : 6 months to start. We can keep going if it works.
What you make : 15% of every payment we receive (not just the first one)
When you get it : End of the month after we get paid
The contract : Straightforward. One page. No surprises.
EDGE CASES
If a client pays us and then wants a refund, we hold your commission from that payment. Fair to everyone.
If you bring me a lead and I somehow don't follow up in 2 weeks, it's your lead again - you can work it or move on.
If multiple people brought the same lead, we pay whoever actually introduced them first.
WHAT I'M NOT LOOKING FOR
Someone looking for a steady job with benefits. This isn't it.
Someone without real sales experience trying to learn on the job. We need people who know how to sell.
Someone who needs to work exclusively for us. That's not how this works.
People from big sales organizations who are just farming deals on the side.
Someone who wants daily check-ins and motivation talks. You need to be self-directed.
