About the Project
We are ANA Media Hub, a digital marketing agency based in Dubai, UAE. We are building a fully branded SaaS platform on top of GoHighLevel Pro SaaS for two customer segments:
Our existing retainer clients who need CRM, WhatsApp automation, lead management, booking, reporting, and client dashboards.
This is not a basic GoHighLevel setup. We are building a complete SaaS ecosystem with white-label functionality, AI integrations, external database support, SIM card connectivity, automation workflows, reporting, and scalable agency onboarding.
A complete developer brief will be shared with shortlisted applicants.
Core Scope of Work
You will be responsible for building and configuring:
GoHighLevel Pro SaaS setup with full ANA Media Hub branding
Custom domain and white-label login experience
GHL SaaS Mode with 3 agency pricing tiers
Sub-account structure for end clients and agency partners
Native integrations with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, WhatsApp Business, Stripe, and Google Business Profile
Claude AI / Anthropic integration via Make.com
Make.com workflows and webhook-based automations
Odoo CRM sync through Make.com webhooks
myCRMSIM setup using real UAE SIM cards from du / Etisalat
External database layer using Supabase or PostgreSQL
Automated weekly branded PDF reports
Smart lead scoring system
AI-powered WhatsApp replies and lead qualification
Appointment booking and reminder workflows
Reputation management and Google Review automation
Internal ticketing / support request system
Billing automation and failed payment retry workflows
Embedded BI dashboard using Metabase or similar
Industry-specific CRM snapshots for clinics, auto workshops, and real estate
Arabic RTL support
Error logging, backup, and disaster recovery setup
Documentation for ANA team and future agency onboarding
Core Automation Workflows
You will build and test the following end-to-end workflows:
Lead Capture → WhatsApp Follow-Up → Pipeline Assignment → Odoo Sync
AI Lead Qualification → Lead Score → Smart Reply → Hot Lead Notification
Weekly Client Report → Branded PDF → Email Delivery → Dashboard Access
Appointment Booking → WhatsApp / Email Confirmation → SMS Reminder → Review Request
Project Phases
Phase 1 — Foundation Setup
GHL Pro SaaS configuration, branding, custom domain, native integrations, SIM card setup, database layer, Arabic RTL support, and compliance foundation.
Phase 2 — AI & Automation
Claude AI integration, Make.com workflows, AI WhatsApp Agent, lead scoring, appointment flows, reporting, ticketing, and billing automation.
Phase 3 — White Label & Scale
Agency onboarding flow, SaaS pricing tiers, white-label portals, BI dashboard, industry CRM snapshots, marketplace structure, documentation, and final UAT.
