Professional Outbound Email System Setup

We are looking for an experienced Email Infrastructure & Deliverability Specialist to help set up a professional outbound email system for a global B2B industrial procurement company. Scope includes: Advising on outbound email infrastructure strategy Recommending and helping purchase sending domains Setting up Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace inboxes Configuring SPF, DKIM, and DMARC correctly Setting up inbox warm-up systems Advising on sending limits and scaling strategy Setting up inbox rotation and deliverability protection Assisting with integration into outbound email platforms Deliverability testing and inbox placement checks Requirements: Proven cold email infrastructure experience Strong deliverability knowledge Experience with scalable outbound systems Familiarity with tools such as Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, etc. This is NOT mass spam emailing. We are looking for a long-term, professional outbound setup focused on deliverability and reputation protection.
