Total of 10 different t-shirt designs.
I need a small set of fresh, minimalist-abstract graphics for the next SOAK T-shirt drop and the screens are already booked, so speed matters. Each design should stay true to a stripped-back aesthetic—clean lines, limited colour (one or two spot colours max) and plenty of breathing room—yet still hint at fluidity or movement that ties back to the “SOAK” name. No literal imagery of water is required; think clever negative space, organic curves, subtle ripples, or geometric abstractions that feel modern and wearable.
Screen printing parameters
• Printable area: up to 12" × 16"
• Artwork: vector-based (AI, EPS, PDF) with colours on separate layers for easy screen separation
• Extras: high-res transparent PNG mock-ups on both light and dark shirts
Timeline
A first concept or two within 48 hours would let me lock the direction; final press-ready files no later than one week from kickoff.
Acceptance criteria
• Original artwork cleared for commercial use
• Files open flawlessly in Adobe Illustrator 2022
• Spot colours clearly labelled (Pantone codes provided once we start)
• Clean paths—no stray points, no rasterised type
If you thrive on minimalist expression and can move quickly, this will be a straightforward, fun sprint.
For the SOAK brand direction, I do not want every T-shirt design to rely heavily on text or slogans. While some statement pieces with phrases are important, the brand should also feel premium, modern, technical, and design-driven through visuals alone.
The goal is to create a balanced collection with a mix of:
• statement graphics
• abstract artwork
• minimal/logo pieces
• technical/performance-inspired visuals
• editorial-style graphics
Not every design should contain wording.
Creative directions we want to explore include:

• marine/current inspired graphics
• pressure ripple effects

• minimal front branding

The brand identity should consistently feel connected to:

We want the overall aesthetic to feel similar to a mix of:
performance wear + luxury streetwear + marine/outdoor lifestyle.
For the T-shirt fits:

Important:
All graphics and artworks must be developed specifically for screen printing applications. Designs should be optimized for screen print production, avoiding overly complex gradients or effects that are not suitable for high-quality screen printing execution.
