I’m sitting on a pile of raw sports clips that need to explode into a 30–45-second Instagram highlight reel. The end result must feel fast, fun, and adrenaline-charged: sharp cuts, rhythm-matched transitions, and an upbeat soundtrack that keeps viewers glued to the screen.
Here’s the flow I have in mind:
• Scan the footage, pull the strongest plays, and weave them into a tight story arc.
• Use speed ramps, impact transitions, and dynamic text or minor graphical call-outs to crank up the energy without overwhelming the action.
• Give everything a clean, consistent color grade so the reel looks polished and professional.
• Lay down royalty-free music (or suggest a killer track you already have) and balance crowd or court sounds for extra punch.
• Export in 9:16, 1080×1920 H.264 (.mp4) ready for Instagram Reels, and include the editable project file (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve) for future tweaks.
