Project Description
I run a destination-wedding company and want HubSpot to become the single source of truth for my sales activity. The first step is data: I need fresh, accurate information on destination wedding venues and related services across Europe, the Caribbean and Asia, gathered through AI-driven web research, then structured and imported into HubSpot so my team can start working leads immediately.
Here’s what has to happen:
• Use AI/web-scraping tools to identify destination wedding venues and the services they bundle (lodging, ceremony sites, on-site coordinators, etc.) in the three regions mentioned.
• Clean and normalise the data (venue name, location, key contacts, service summaries, price indicators, website, email, phone).
• Map each field to my existing HubSpot properties, create new properties only when a clear gap exists, and bulk-upload via HubSpot’s import tool without data loss.
• Build one automated workflow that tags each new record by region and service type so we can segment marketing emails from day one.
Acceptance criteria
1. A sample of 100 records is spot-checked with <3 % errors in contact or website details.
2. All records appear in the correct pipeline stage and carry the appropriate region/service tags.
3. Workflow triggers correctly when a new venue is added and assigns the right sales owner.
You are free to use Python, HubSpot API, Zapier, or similar solutions—as long as the final result is live inside my HubSpot portal and ready for the sales team to act on.
