My residential Majlis layout is already drafted, saved as a clean PDF, and ready for the next step. What I now need is a licensed architect who can put an official stamp on the drawing and complete the online OSC submission to the Majlis portal in Malaysia
The plan itself is final, so no design edits are expected—just ensure everything complies with the Majlis’ basic submission rules. Once you have reviewed the file, you will sign, endorse, and upload it through the OSC system on my behalf, then share the submission confirmation back with me.
