Project Description
I’m refreshing the look of an existing customer-facing web form that sits at the centre of a fundraising campaign. Nothing in the underlying code needs to change; I only need the visual layer reinvented. All current input fields must remain exactly as they are, but the rest is open to your creativity.
Scope
• Produce three separate, unique concepts that show how the form can look on desktop and mobile.
• Keep the design language consistent with the aesthetics already carried through our website, emails and overall customer experience, so the form slots in naturally.
• Aim for broad appeal—we serve everyone, so clarity, accessibility and an inviting feel are essential.
• The design should showcase the campaign in an engaging way, guiding visitors smoothly from first impression to submission.
Deliverables
1. Three high-fidelity mock-ups (Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD files are all fine).
2. Exported PNG or JPG previews for quick review.
3. A short style note on colours, typography and any UI elements you introduce so the dev team can translate the visuals later.
Acceptance
I’ll consider the job complete when the three concepts:
• Retain every existing field and label in its current order,
• Present a coherent, on-brand look that ties in with our wider customer touchpoints,
• Clearly support the fundraising narrative without distracting from usability.
