Project Description
We are looking for an experienced Shopify SEO specialist / developer who can help us apply pre-provided SEO keywords and optimization instructions to our Shopify website.
Please note that the SEO strategy, keywords, and target pages/content will already be provided by our team. Your role will mainly focus on the technical implementation inside Shopify.
Scope of Work
- Apply the provided SEO keywords and metadata across the Shopify website
- Update relevant sections in the theme liquid files, page templates, headings, meta titles, meta descriptions, alt texts, and other SEO-related fields as instructed
- Make sure implementation follows Shopify SEO best practices
- If needed, apply technical SEO adjustments through Liquid, HTML, CSS, or theme settings
- Ensure that changes do not affect website design or performance
Reporting Requirement
- A detailed implementation report is required after completion.
The report must include:
- What pages/files were updated
- Exact Liquid / CSS / theme files modified
- Screenshots showing where the changes were applied
- Before and after screenshots (preferred)
- Brief explanation of each SEO update made
- Confirmation that all provided keywords were properly implemented
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Shopify theme development
- Good understanding of on-page SEO
- Experience editing Liquid files, HTML, CSS
- Ability to provide clean documentation and screenshots
- Attention to detail

- Fully implemented SEO updates based on provided keywords
- Complete report with screenshots and file references
- Confirmation checklist of completed SEO tasks
