Project Description
I’m preparing to demolish my existing sunroom and replace it with a new, properly engineered structure. To move ahead I need a complete architectural drawing package that translates my ideas—and the dimensions captured in my internal survey and photo set—into permit-ready documentation.
You will receive:
• A measured internal survey of the current footprint and surrounding rooms.
• High-resolution photos from every angle.
• A written brief outlining the layout, materials and any style cues I’d like carried over from the main house.
What I’m expecting in return:
• Scaled floor plans, elevations and sections covering the new sunroom and its tie-in to the existing building.
• Structural notes sufficient for my engineer to review.
• A reflected ceiling plan showing lighting placement.
• Final files in both PDF for easy sharing and DWG (or Revit) for future edits.
Accuracy to the survey is critical and dimensions must be metric. If you work in AutoCAD, Revit or a comparable BIM tool, note that in your bid. Once the draft set is complete I’ll mark up any tweaks, then we can finalise the package for council submission.
This development submission needs to go to council for approval.
