Project Description
We need to develop a web-based MVP (Minimum Viable Product) to generate a Health Technical Note for contracts in Colombia, following Decree 441 of 2022.
The goal is to build a practical, scalable, and business-focused solution. It should help technical teams (EPS/IPS) to create, adjust, negotiate, and finalize a technical note mainly based on:
RIPS data processing
Population analysis
Frequency and severity calculation
Technical adjustments with tracking (traceability)
Scenario generation
Final PDF generation
Monitoring and follow-up
Important:
This project is NOT about building a complete system from the start.
We need a functional, easy-to-use, and market-ready MVP, with a structure that can be improved and expanded in the future.
