The property is fully built, so the focus is strictly on interior redesign—no structural work required—yet every space should feel newly conceived, cohesive, and functional for daily living. Scope of work • Re-imagine each room’s layout for better flow and efficient use of space. • Provide scaled floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, and furniture layouts (AutoCAD preferred). • Develop a modern materials and finishes palette, including paint colours, flooring, lighting, and built-in cabinetry concepts. • Deliver photorealistic 3D visuals or walkthroughs (SketchUp + V-Ray) so I can clearly assess the look before sign-off. • Prepare a concise specification sheet with product references and quantities, ready for contractors and suppliers. Acceptance criteria 1. Drawings are accurate to existing dimensions I will supply and are exportable to DWG/PDF. 2. Renderings match the agreed colour scheme, lighting mood, and furniture selections. 3. All files are organised by room and named logically for easy hand-off.
