We are looking for a results-driven Freelance Business Development Executive (BDE) to help expand our client base in the recruitment and staffing space. If you have strong corporate connections and a knack for closing deals, this is a high-earning opportunity with flexible work arrangements.
Role Overview
As a Freelance BDE, you will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and onboarding companies that require recruitment, contractual hiring, or managed staffing services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients (startups, SMEs, corporates) for hiring needs
Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, and references
Pitch recruitment and staffing services effectively
Understand client hiring requirements and align them with internal teams
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
Build long-term client relationships for repeat business
Ideal Candidate Profile
2–6 years of experience in B2B sales / business development (preferably recruitment or HR services)
Strong network of HRs, founders, or decision-makers
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven Compensation Structure
Purely Commission-Based / Revenue Sharing Model
Attractive payout per closed client / mandate
