Current Status: - I already have the 2D circulation/layout plans completed. - I need a professional architect to transform the plans into a full architectural and interior design. Scope of Work: 1. Architectural Design Development - Space planning refinement - Modern luxury design concept - Material and finishing selection - Lighting concepts 2. Interior Design - Mood boards - Furniture layout - Ceiling and flooring design - Kitchen and bathroom concepts 3. 3D Visualization - High-quality renders for key spaces 4.
