About the Role
We are a new premium skincare brand launching in the UAE market. We need one organized, English-speaking person to find and contact beauty bloggers on Instagram.
You will use influencer discovery tools (like Modash, Heepsy, or similar) to find bloggers quickly based on our target criteria. This is not manual scrolling. You will work efficiently.
Your job is to find bloggers, wait for our approval, send personalized messages, track responses, and communicate with bloggers who agree to cooperate. You do not handle shipping, products, or customer service.

Compensation (Weekly)
$10 USD weekly base for contacting 300 approved bloggers per week (60 per day, Monday to Friday).
$25 USD bonus for each blogger you recruit who generates 12 or more sales.
5% commission on total sales revenue from all bloggers you recruit.
If a blogger generates 8 to 11 sales, you receive a $10 bonus for that blogger instead of $25.

Daily Workflow
Step 1 – Find 60 UAE beauty bloggers using influencer discovery tools based on our target criteria (follower count, niche, location, engagement).
Step 2 – Create a simple spreadsheet with our criteria columns and fill it with each blogger's handle, follower count, and any notes.
Step 3 – Submit the spreadsheet to me for approval by 9 AM China time.
Step 4 – I will approve or request changes within 4 hours.
Step 5 – Once approved, you send personalized messages to all 60 bloggers using our sample message template.
Step 6 – You track all responses, follow-ups, and agreements in the same spreadsheet.
Step 7 – At the end of the day, you share the updated spreadsheet with me.
Step 8 – For bloggers who agree to cooperate, you continue communication, provide product information, and share their unique discount code.

Requirements
Fluent English written and spoken. You will write professional messages to UAE bloggers.
One person only, not a team or group. I need one accountable person.
Daily availability Monday to Friday. You must submit lists and send messages consistently.
Organized and comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel.
Comfortable using influencer discovery tools. If you do not have access, we can discuss options.
No video calls required, but I may ask for a one-minute voice recording to hear your English.
