ABOUT THE BRAND

We are focused on building a long-term premium essentials brand through disciplined performance marketing, thoughtful storytelling, and strong product quality — not noise.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a digitally native growth partner to lead and manage the digital growth ecosystem of the brand during its launch and scale-up phase.
This role combines:
• Performance marketing
• Creative execution
• Funnel optimization
• Content transformation
• Influencer ecosystem management
• Strategic growth thinking
This is NOT a vanity-social-media role.
We are looking for a lean, high-ownership operator or boutique team with strong D2C ecommerce understanding.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1️⃣ PERFORMANCE MARKETING & FUNNEL MANAGEMENT
• Setup and manage Meta ad campaigns
• Prospecting + retargeting funnels
• Creative testing and optimization
• Budget allocation and CAC management
• ROAS optimization
• Audience refinement and scaling
• Weekly optimization cycles
• Launch and campaign strategy execution
2️⃣ ANALYTICS, CRO & PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION
• Manage:
o Meta Pixel
o GA4
o Conversion API (CAPI)
• Monitor:
o CAC
o ROAS
o Conversion Rate
o Add-to-Cart %
o AOV
o Funnel drop-offs
• Identify bottlenecks and implement remedies
• Landing page optimization
• CTA and product page refinement
• Execute A/B testing and funnel improvements
3️⃣ CREATIVE ASSET ENGINEERING & CONTENT TRANSFORMATION
• Curate and transform:
o Raw production footage
o Product shoot footage
o High-resolution photography
into:
o Reels
o Ad creatives
o Stories
o Retargeting creatives
• Edit performance-first content aligned with:
o Quiet luxury positioning
o Minimal premium aesthetic
o Product-first storytelling
• Add subtitles, overlays, music, formatting, and exports for:
o Meta
o Instagram
o WhatsApp
4️⃣ SHOOT MANAGEMENT & CREATIVE COORDINATION
• Coordinate:
o Videographers
o Photographers
o Creative vendors
• Develop:
o Moodboards
o Shot lists
o Creative direction
• Plan:
o Product shoots
o Lifestyle shoots
o Craftsmanship-focused content
• Manage:
o Shoot timelines
o Asset organization
o Raw footage delivery
5️⃣ SOCIAL MEDIA & BRAND NARRATIVE
• Maintain premium and restrained brand tone
• Execute:
o Product-focused storytelling
o Educational content around fabric & construction
o Minimal premium content
• Repurpose ad creatives into social content
• Manage:
o Posts
o Reels
o Stories
o Community interactions
Expected cadence:
• 2–3 high-quality posts weekly
6️⃣ INFLUENCER ECOSYSTEM MANAGEMENT
• Identify and shortlist relevant creators:
o Micro, Nano and upto 75K followers range
o Minimal / premium aesthetic
• Coordinate:
o Outreach
o Negotiations
o Deliverables
o Usage rights
• Ensure influencer alignment with brand positioning
• Integrate influencer content into paid campaigns
7️⃣ REVIEW & SOCIAL PROOF ECOSYSTEM
• Setup and manage review automation
• Coordinate customer review collection
• Repurpose reviews into:
o Ads
o Testimonials
o Retargeting creatives
• Monitor review ecosystem health
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
• 4–7 years relevant experience preferred
• Must have handled D2C ecommerce brands
• Fashion / premium lifestyle experience preferred
• Strong understanding of:
o Shopify
o Meta Ads
o Performance marketing
o Conversion funnels
• Strong creative judgment and premium aesthetic understanding

Monthly strategy review mandatory.
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
Recommended range for a lean but strong freelance / boutique setup:
₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
Performance-linked incentives may be considered for the right candidate/partner.
