Project Description
I need a U.S. citizen who can keep a dedicated laptop connected to a fast, stable internet line 24/7 while providing light customer-support assistance remotely. The machine will run a small monitoring client that must never go offline, so you’ll be expected to maintain power, connectivity and basic system health checks at all times.
Alongside the uptime duties, you’ll handle routine customer-support inquiries that arrive by email or chat during your shift window, escalating anything outside a simple knowledge-base answer. Clear written English, quick response times and a calm, helpful tone are essential.
This is a long-term, fully remote role paying between $1,000 – $1,500 per month, with performance reviews tied to connection uptime and support quality. If you have rock-solid internet, an always-on laptop and enjoy helping users, let’s talk.
