Free Fire Custom Match App

I need an end-to-end gaming app centred on Garena Free Fire that lets players join or host paid custom rooms, compete, and see their progress on a live leaderboard. Matches must be created quickly, handle multiple lobbies at once, and automatically record results so winners can earn rewards inside the app. Core features I must see working: • Custom room creation & quick-join matchmaking • In-app purchases for entry fees, coins or similar virtual currency • Real-time leaderboard with match history and player stats A lightweight admin panel is also required so I can approve rooms, manage prizes, and handle user reports. The final build should run smoothly on both Android and iOS, integrate a secure payment gateway, and store data in a reliable cloud backend. Hand-over is complete when the app is accepted in the stores, source code is shared, and all three core functions above are fully testable with demo accounts.
