Project Description
I need detailed engineering schematics for an audio-visual system and would prefer they be created directly in the XTEN-AV platform. The project is strictly technical—this is not about marketing visuals or animated promos—so every drawing must be precise enough to guide installers and integrators without further clarification.
Here is what I expect:
• Clean, layered XTEN-AV files (or equivalent CAD files if you propose a better tool) that map signal flow, rack layouts, cable schedules, and device elevations.
• Consistent symbol libraries and line weights so the set can plug straight into our standards.
• A PDF set exported for review plus the native, editable project files at hand-off.
If you are faster or more comfortable in a different pro-AV design platform such as AutoCAD, Visio, or D-Tools, I’m open to that, provided the final output matches XTEN-AV formatting conventions so we can re-import it later.
Accuracy is critical: dimensions, part numbers, and connectors all need to be correct; I’ll cross-check against the equipment list on delivery. Let me know which tool you plan to use, your typical turnaround for a full schematic package, and share a sample of previous AV engineering drawings so I can see your style aligns with ours.
