I’m planning a purpose-built labor residence that will accommodate 500 rooms arranged as double-occupancy units. The entire scheme must comply fully with current SBC standards, so every drawing and calculation you prepare should reference the relevant articles of that code. Key parameters • Rooms: 500 double-occupancy units distributed in 3 floor. • Sanitary core: each floor needs its own shared toilets and bathrooms sized to SBC density requirements and clearly separated for privacy and cleaning management. • Common kitchen & pantry: one central facility on the ground floor fitted with stoves and ovens, ample refrigerators and freezers, plus an integrated dining area large enough to seat shift groups comfortably. What I need from you 1. Scaled architectural floor plans showing circulation, room modules, toilet/bath cores and the kitchen/pantry complex. 2. Basic sections and elevations to confirm heights, natural ventilation paths and fire-escape routes. 3. Area schedule and headcount calculations proving compliance with SBC space and egress provisions. 4. Kitchen equipment layout (power and plumbing points marked). 5. PDF set for review and the original editable CAD or BIM file. I’ll review the package against SBC clauses for room size, sanitary fixture count and travel distance; once those boxes are ticked we can move on to any refinement or MEP coordination you recommend.
