Freelance Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist (Exclusive Contract)

About Us We are a growing UK-based digital marketing and web design company looking to recruit a talented individual freelancer to work closely with our team on an exclusive contract basis for 3 to 6 months. We are NOT looking for agencies or outsourced teams. We want an individual professional who can become part of our workflow, communicate well, and work collaboratively with us on a long-term basis. Role Overview You will support our company with a mixture of digital marketing tasks and graphic design work across multiple client projects and internal campaigns. This is an ongoing freelance contract with regular weekly work available. Responsibilities: Digital Marketing - Social media content creation and scheduling - Managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok campaigns - Creating engaging marketing graphics and creatives - Basic SEO tasks and website content updates - Assisting with paid advertising campaigns (Meta and Google Ads) - Email marketing design and setup - Researching trends and competitor activity Graphic Design - Social media graphics - Website banners and promotional graphics - Flyers, posters, menus, brochures, and print materials - Branding assets and logo refinements - Ad creatives for PPC and social campaigns - Short-form video editing Requirements - Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital marketing and graphic design work - Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva - Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media management - Good understanding of branding and marketing principles - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong communication skills - Fluent English required Important - Individuals only, no agencies - No AI-generated portfolios - Must be available for regular communication - Must be willing to work exclusively with our company during the contract period - UK time zone availability preferred Contract Details - Freelance contract - Duration: 3 to 6 months - Potential for long-term ongoing work - Flexible remote working - Weekly workload will vary depending on projects To Apply Please send: - Your portfolio - Examples of digital marketing campaigns you have worked on - Examples of graphic design work - Your weekly availability - Your monthly or hourly rate - A short introduction about yourself We are looking to hire quickly and start immediately with the right candidate.
