Acceptance criteria
1. Page-speed score above 90 on both mobile and desktop (Google Lighthouse).
2. Admin user can create, edit and bulk import at least 20k products without timeouts.
3. Successful test transactions on all four payment methods.
4. End-to-end order flow—from add-to-cart through refund—demonstrated on a staging URL.
5. SEO, email and social integrations verified via live API calls.
6. Source pushed to a private Git repo with setup instructions.
Once these items pass, the project is complete.
