Chinese Joint Venture Registration Assistance

I’m ready to incorporate a manufacturing Joint Venture in China and have already secured a local Chinese partner. What I now need is an expert who can take us from “agreement in principle” to a fully licensed, tax-compliant, operational entity. Please guide and execute the entire registration path: drafting and notarising the JV contract and articles, obtaining pre-approval from the Ministry of Commerce, securing the business licence with the local Administration for Market Regulation, and handling all follow-on registrations with the tax bureau, customs, SAFE and the relevant industry-specific authorities. Because we are in manufacturing, you’ll also advise on (and file for) any environmental or production permits that must be in place before operations commence. To keep expectations clear, I’ll consider the job complete when the following are delivered: • Stamped and approved JV contract & articles (bilingual) • Business licence issued in our JV’s name • Company chops registered and handed over • Tax, customs and foreign-exchange registrations confirmed • Corporate bank account opened and ready for funding • Written summary of every approval obtained, with next-step compliance dates Experience with WFOEs alone will not be sufficient; I need someone who has successfully registered manufacturing JVs and understands the additional layers of provincial and industrial oversight.
