Project Description
My medical store’s website and checkout are up and running, yet most of our online orders still come from people who already know us offline. I want to turn that around and capture nearby customers who are searching for over-the-counter medicines and health essentials right from their phones.
Here is what needs to happen:
• Social media marketing that speaks to a local audience—geo-targeted posts, stories, or paid campaigns that highlight in-stock products, fast delivery, and any seasonal offers. I’m open to whichever platforms you feel will perform best; the key is driving clicks that convert into orders, not just likes.
• On-page SEO for location-based searches. That includes rewriting or expanding product descriptions, adding local keywords, improving meta tags, and tightening internal linking so Google “reads” us as the go-to pharmacy in the neighbourhood. No backlink work is needed at this stage; it’s all about on-page content optimisation.
• Email marketing that keeps recent shoppers coming back. A simple automated flow—welcome email, reorder reminders, and occasional promos—should be set up and integrated with our current store so everything fires without manual effort.
I will provide site access, any existing creatives, and past campaign data. The main success metric is a noticeable uptick in completed online sales from customers within our delivery radius; we’ll track that through our order dashboard and Google Analytics. Let me know how long you’ll need to roll out each piece and what information you require from me to get started.
