I need my Immigration & Overseas Consultancy to run smoothly inside Zoho One. Everything from capturing a lead to archiving final documents should live in one well-organised workspace.
Here’s what I expect you to set up and refine:
• Client relationship management – full lead intake, nurturing, and conversion flows using Zoho CRM
• Workflow automation focused on document management – automatic folder creation, version control, reminders for expiring paperwork, and status updates to clients and staff
• Daily task management – clear dashboards so every counsellor, case officer, and admin knows what must be done today, what is pending, and what has been completed
• Sales pipeline views that mirror our visa stages, with at-a-glance revenue forecasts
• Communication tracking – every email, call, or WhatsApp message logged back to the client record for easy reference
I already have Zoho One licences; I’m looking for best-practice configuration, custom fields and layouts, Blueprint or Flow automations, and sensible user permissions. Migrations from spreadsheets or existing tools are minimal, but I will provide sample data for testing.
Deliverables are:
1. A fully configured Zoho CRM, Creator/Flow/Blueprint automations, and relevant Zoho apps wired together.
2. Short screencast walk-through plus written SOP so staff can hit the ground running.
3. Two rounds of tweaks after internal testing.
If you have implemented similar setups for consultancies or legal/immigration firms, that’s a bonus. I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on the milestones and timeline.
